My team is highly qualified and is hard working. We support each other and lend a helping hand when possible
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a general lack of appreciation. We work hard at least 10 hours a day or more. Yet it’s never enough!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to get better at recognizing teammates work. We focus far too often on tiny mistakes and force overly worked employees into a funk/depression because of repuatational risk that has nothing to do with them and their individual performance
