They're customer service is horrible and everyone walks around with a chip on they're soilder

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to take on more of the work load. Currently they delegate all the work to the lower level workers and pay them low salaries. Moreover if the job is done incorrectly they are punished to the highest degree
