What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Currently I am paid 17hr which is great! But if something were to happen to my husband I couldn’t afford rent, bills, personal care, car notes anything like that on my own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family. We truly care about each other not just as team members but who we are as individuals. We want to see everyone move up in the company or support one another in our current roles.
