Very knowledgeable and very loyal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring more employees to do the work. They keep cutting and cutting but asking people to do the same amount of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises have continued to shrink and when new employees are hired they often come in at higher pay verses a loyal employee. The company doesn’t recalibrate. It makes you feel like they don’t value your loyalty.
