The matching 401k contributions and ability to elect Roth, traditional, or combination contributions is something I appreciate. My pay is among the industry standard for comparable firms in my location.
The learning environment is very fast paced, and there's a lot to learn. It's exciting for me to be always working on new things and improving my understanding of complicated products and the industry generally.
The culture is fast, sometimes competitive, but not in my experience negatively so. I found coworkers to be open to helping with issues unrelated to their direct tasks or open to finding a time if they weren't free at the moment.
I like that they're engaging, honest, and make themselves relatable to their employees despite having very different backgrounds. Of course, I haven't had personal interactions with the C Suite, but I've heard presentations from officers ranked just under them who were refreshingly genuine.
I liked that it showed me what the company valued (quick thinking, quantitative skills, comfortability with problems in areas you lack knowledge, sociability, etc.), so that I could assess for myself if I was a fit to work there and if I wanted to.
