What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop letting the lawyers and auditors run the place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They make application support teams responsible for getting infrastructure teams to do their work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a great group of people and they all work hard. I only have problems with infrastructure groups that don’t answer to anyone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have been eliminating management positions which means we have bosses that now have 50 people working for them and they have no idea what is going on. So we all have jobs that don’t match our titles. I guess it’s cheaper that way. If you are a white male in technology you are stuck.
