The people were friendly and showed me how fun it could be to work here

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Wells pays generously, they also have a matching 401k, bonus', medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for the individual team member. As a whole the company cares for their employees, they have great benefits, generous paid time off. But actual leadership lacks care for the individual.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Wells Fargo went from one extreme to another. After the recent law suites they have completely shyed away from anything that can be considered salesy. There needs to be a good balance. Wells should be confident that they are experts in finance and not be afraid to share a product that could help
