What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always there to push you to be a better you so that you can achieve your goals within your banking career!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that our compensation has been improved to satisfy all employees. For those who want to stay in there current roles and have been in that position for sometime are still able to get raises as well as those who perfer to further there careers with different positions!
What did you like most about the interview process?
That i didn't feel like i was at an interview. They made me feel comfortable. They got to know about me first and used what i said to lead into the interviewing process. Plus there were two people in the room so that made me feel alot more comfortable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are excepting of all cultures and we do what is best for our customers and employees. If there is a mistake made we try to get in front of it; see what went wrong, see how we can fix it, and make sure we put something in place so that that issue doesnt arise again!
What makes you most happy at work?
Just the fact that im not just "going for a paycheck!" Our branch is more so a community knit bank. We know almost all the customers that come in our branch. The love that we have for our coworkers spill over onto our customers and we take care of each other. We cry, laugh, and help each other here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are family and treat each other with respect and push each other to be the best we can be. We all wear our hearts on our shoulders and its seen by many of our customers and they truly believe that we are here to help them bank wise and personally #familybank
