The companies phone interviewers are not full time employees they are Temps. This makes 0 sense to me in a business aspect. If you are not invested in the company why would you care who gets hired.
Being on a team where production is our main goal. Based on your production you should be paid more for doing more production. I'm one of 3 people who reaches 200% production and we are not compensated at all for this.
