the company it self is fine. the leadership in my department really put a bad taste in my mouth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be consistent and treat everyone fairly and with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
its based on overall performance by the customer's opinion, not sales goals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Consistency in the work place. Maybe then it wouldn't appear to be about favoritism.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it would be nice if the bankers hired actually had maturity and respect for other people and if the leadership was consistent with handling situations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The senior leadership in my department say the company is about one thing, but when it comes to showing that its about caring and giving options and flexibility, there is none for its leaders that aren't "favorites"
