Holding managers accountable. Managers that talk the talk but don’t walk the walk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team has less turn over since the issues and new policy. Everyone has a genuine like for each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stage director is one of the best roles implemented. However it leaves us without a banker when lobby has customers. Needs to be a position staffed. Manager refuses to stage direct. So it is scheduled hourly for bankers.
