It’a a large corporation with plenty of options for advancement. The individual branch has a small company environment. Pay is competitive. The benefits are lacking, the company lacks clear vision/direction. Although it’s nice to have a less pressure, you wonder if the company could use
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more of a conversation than an interrogation. They wanted to get to know me

They are constantly trying but to improve things, wether offering more sales support, creating new marketing campaigns, creating cutting edge software, CRM, etc

Most people are laid back, and willing to give their help or input if asked. They give your privacy and space as well
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexiable schedule, if you produce they allow you to work at own pace and even work remotely as long as you are doing your job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally are good natured people. They are by the book, morally sound and competent. There is not an extreme pressure environment, and not a cut throat environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am happy with the sales support and hands off management approach. The pay is above average foe a senior sales consultant. I would like better benefits, including stock options, bonus, higher match on 401k, cheaper insurance
