What did you like most about the interview process?
Not really much of an interview, as we were hired through a temp service.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always worked together when there was an issue, since the Team Leaders were clueless.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on my own, but knowing if I have an issue that my co-workers are there for you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training and promoting people that know what they are doing. Too many people with a lack of experience in Team Lead roles.
