respect people and stop with the bullying, you always bully the new comers instead of helping them out learn about the process

the management, the favoritism, the bullying, and the attitude, they need to make some changes or be good and respectful person at least.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
take care of your team members, the team members are the one who generates income to the company regardless if they're an entry level. Quit with the favoritism and acknowledge the hard working team members
