Mostly bad leadership. Too many changes with policies.

Certain co workers work well together, no respect from managers.

Not making us do personal exercises and post personal goals

The best part was that it didn't last too long.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fair with vacation days. Especially for part time employees. Maternity leave is also very good.
