Overall I have had a good experience. There has been some negative press in the past, but they seem to be trying to improve their public image.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a bank employee I feel the pay is below what would be offered in the private industry. I think their pay scale should reflect what the market offers.
