The best part of my compensation package is the ability to receive up to 25% of salary bonus annually.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

If worked at both BofA and WF and the culture is much more casual at WF. They also tend to acknowledge their employees more often. BofA requires their employees and contractors to be in the office much more than WF which is indicative of the climate of trust, promoting attendance over performance
