Helping our customers reach their goals financially and seeing my team working hard with smiles on their faces.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had to sell the interviewer something and chose my bag. I had fun and obviously it went well for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a team that 100% works together. They really work hard at sales and have proven it by remaining number one all year!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team encourages input from me, solutions to team issues when they arise and also enable me with everything i need to be a better Manager along with all tools to do my job to the best of my ability.
