What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Investment in technology and less investment in employees and contractors who only push papers without true results.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They give time to interview rather than send candidates through a series of half hour interviews where you only have time for 2 questions and learn nothing about each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to my peers I am more up to speed on the latest technologies and strategies. Also my results are much stronger than peers who previously were in charge of the same projects.
