Management is horrible. All bankers were demoted. They expect a lot of work (being tellers, opening accounts, investments, business and day to day operations) for less than 20 dollars an hour. And don't even think about promotions, there are none. Skip this and find a better bank professionally.

Stop assuming you know the role. Interviewers do not understand the roles they are interviewing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. The underpay you to bring the moon to the higher ups. There might not be "sales" anymore; but there are pushing us to push more products than before.
