Wells Fargo – Too much top down management. Too little ideas coming from the bottom. Too many politics and too many people included in a decision to make any progress. Too many of my peers make a full time job of attending meetings, not contribution. Too bad. I'm hopeful for a return to being a great company soon | Comparably

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was over-prepared. They typically use a very old school interview format of each candidate gets the same questions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

For the most part, my peers are appreciative of collaboration and the work each other does to get the job done.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a great team of eager employees who are accountable. We have a mix of new employees and those who've been employeed for decades.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Each decision no matter how small requires managers to debate and ideate. What's missing is strategy. Roadmaps are nothing more than a list of tiny changes that make little to no impact on the customer experience, value to the customer or revenue.
