Handling problems and actually doing something about it instead of brushing it off like i was the problem or making me feel i am not doing my job correctly quit making fun of me or treating me with disteapect

Telling the truth. Also sticking to what made us great in the past. There is no pride care and love in our company anymore. It is all about making money

Barely any action was taken during COVID-19. We were told NOT to tell customers to put masks on other than masks and temperature checks no other actions were made to protect employees. No hazard pay was given to any team members all that was given was a pez despenser as "thank you gift"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They change bonus structure constantly, and because they overpromised sales OP's are struggling even though we are up over last year.

People are treated like commodities. So many have left on their own or have been fired. Replacement wages are much lower than those fired. Lowering costs this way only increases tension.

I am upset that I have been working at Whataburger 14 months and still make 950 an hour and I am Porter I think I should be reimbursed that only beat their my name is Tracy Gill

New employees earn 10 an hour but when I started the starting wage was 9.15 older employees wages weren't raised.

If this place was staffed enough the workers they do have wouldn't be so drained they can pull themselves up

Management has hired out of desperation. Low skill and low will workers are in place. Desperation came from upper management forcing compliance of metrics that are impossible to meet.

Look, it is not complicated. Fast, accurate food, served in a clean restaurant, with great customer service. Thats all we need, not the COO of the company filing out deployment charts and trying to re invent the wheel
