
Safety, compensation, fidelity, and leadeership
The fidelity paperwork is what it is. However, I don't see deduction from the insurance paperwork I did fill out. So I'm a bit worried with a workplace that isn't always the safest. I always instill safty in the ears of leadership for its one of UPS core competency.
Positive is a light sentiment, Its totally dependent on who you work with. You could get slander to your name in a positive scene due to leadership wanting control. Nonetheless, you cant give in to the control freaks. You just have to remind yourself of what you cam to do about it.
A positively clear solution to the situation. Human capital at times is a sticky situation, however, you need to stay positive on your mission. I like the fact that I can drive on despite the constraint at times. For example I took the night off last night. All I could think about the task.
