Appreciate management team in operations. Environment is one of entitlement for union workers who know they cannot be fired regardless of attendance or quality of work issues. Management takes all punishment and is held accountable for a workforce that is not held accountable.

Operations is nothing more than glorified daycare for grown adults who aren’t capable of acting as such. Employees can report to work under the influence of substances or no show and remain employed
