Management could stop lying to the hourly workers. All of management needs to be on the same page when a concern is brought to them. Management needs to abide to the Union contracts.

Unattainable or extremely difficult goals. Work loads are overly excessive. Lack of trust with management. Hire more workers. Pay part time workers better. Implement better and more consistent dispatching. Take care of your employees first and they will take care of your business. Proven fact!

Better pay and training for part time workers. A realistic amount of time to perform the job. Better dispatching ie: keeping loads under 9.5, better organized route set up. Get rid of ORION! ORION causes a lot of frustration, hardship, stress and time to perform. ORION also lacks consistency.
