Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?

Working together with my partners and employees. The only reason why I am still at UPS. I have lost all faith and respect in my upper management. To me, they do not care about us, just as long as we perform and they get their nice big bonuses every year.

Qu’avez-vous le plus aimé du procédé d’entretien?

Our interview process is outsourced so literally anyone can just answer questions electronically and they'll get a job at UPS. Which makes vetting candidates even more difficult and we have employees that cannot perform the job and remain on until probation passes and some get injured and are on TAW

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

Less greed, more attention to the work force. The employees are the driving force behind the hub, there are zero incentives for encourage employees to give it their all. Worst time during COVID in our hub as we dealt with lies and deceit from upper management in terms of the cases in the facility.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

UPS upper management do not care about us in the hub. They are only in it for themselves, zero recognition across the board and at the same time no moves are made to ensure the work environment is better. We work with terrible equipment that's not fixed yet we're required to produce results daily.

Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?

We work as a team. We've stated before that the sort would be in disarray if none of us worked together. The fact that we respect each other is the reason why the hub runs as efficiently as it should. Not because of our upper management. They're too busy figuring out how to get a bigger bonus.
