The work is heavy on you but as long as you know what to expect its all good. Its rough your first couple of months but its get better the longer you stay. The downside for me is the culture in the workplace. Coworkers with seniority are heavily favored and thats fine but it feels cheap and not good

They really prepare you and talk you through the rough periods that you have. They have been there before and really boost your mood with pep talks. They can relate and i love that.
