Our healthcare was downgraded pretty substantially in my opinion from what what had previously yet ups continues to make record profits each quarter!

Be realistic when it comes to workload on cars! Stop counts continue to rise along with the weight & size of pkgs. Management can't seem to understand that a large 140lb pkgs takes longer to del than a envelope. Common sense doesn't seem to exist at ups anymore

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

Communication and actually knowing how to do the job that they are in charge of supervising! Driver supervisors can't even do a full route yet try to tell me how to do mine and that I need to get my over allowed down. This also includes our center manager.
