
Pay attention to the needs of the operation. We are drowning in the “do more with less” mentality we are forced to work under.
Pay freezes for entry and md level management along with the removal of bonuses for those management people. Corporate management makes sure they all get their bonuses though!
Leadership is non existent at corporate levels. We at the bottom take care of everything without funding or appropriate technology or staffing. We MacGyver everything we do to make it work!
Again, corporate management is so it of touch it is unreal. There is extreme difference in the pay of the top level management team compared to the rest of us. Very disheartening that we are treated as completely expendable and no loyalty from the top down.
