Its needs to be treated more like a job and less like a labor camp. Supervisors are required to find things wrong with what you're doing even if they have to invent a problem.

I hate going to work. I hate being talked down to like I'm a 4-year-old. I hate working knowing the slightest little "mistake" will get me yelled at or disciplined. I hate being harassed all the time. I hate the favoritism that goes on. The union is useless when there are clear contract violations
