Actually working together. Actually working towards the same goal. Actually trying to help each other out and not create more work for some people.

Stop micromanaging every aspect of the work day. Treating us like we are adults and not little kids at a day care center.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

There is no real movement in the company in a timely manner in jobs. Was told when I was hired it would be 8-10 years for full time, pushing 21 years and have been offered one full time job that 8 people turned down before me and 4 turned down after me.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

Daily it seems like the impossible is asked of the employees and more and more is added daily to try and appease out customers who have unrealistic expectations for our service we provide. Have a realistic approach to our services and not rely on the technology to try and replace the workforce.
