Plenty of vacation time and decent health insurance. All negotiated by our union though.

Management needs to treat employees better. Stop the harassment. Stop pressuring people. Show appreciation once in awhile. Stop violating our union contract.

While there are a lot of hard workers, there are an equal amount of lazy ones. Unfortunately the lazy ones will never change.

A toxic work environment, which will never change. As long as the stockholders and corporate are making profit, nothing will change. We're overworked and understaffed. Nothing will ever change.
