Stop pitting us against each other to get that once in five year promotion that may come up. People are retiring and their jobs are going to all the young kids that don't know half as much as I do And then I have to report to them. How do they think that makes us feel!!!!!!!

The only thing I really have to say that is going wrong is promotions and salary. They are just not fair when promoting people or the lengths they make you go through to get one only to find that it goes to some young kid who was not even born when I started working there!
