Accountability and taking responsibility for their own faults instead of trying to place the blame on others. Work WITH the team and not against.

Taking responsibility and better work life balance.. more than half of mid level manage to upper management has been divorced at least once. UPS ruins marriages.. stop forcing people to work 12+ hours

Work a MINIMUM of 10+ hours a day no overtime or an equal amount of compensation for hours worked. 12+ hours a day during peak season plus 6 day weeks. Terrible work culture where people almost try to force you to work longer. No responsibility from upper management. JeffGarcia should be fired
