paycheck is fine. they should do better on health insurance, at least restore what we lost a few years back. pension and retiree insurance should improve also. remember, this company makes billions, that's with a "B" in profit off of our backs.

Think about and treat your mid and lower level managers and hourly people much better. Do that and this once great company can get back on track, return to greatness and make a lot of profit. Corporate greed and arrogance will be the downfall of this company otherwise.
