Drivers are set up for failure every day. Between terrible dispatching and a preload that doesnt care and isnt given adequate time to complete their jobs it causes drivers to be mentally and physically discouraged every day

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Having a 4 year progression is too long. Being expected to do the same work for $18.75hr as the guys making $35.71hr is rediculous. Having such a slow progression only 75 cents 1st year and $1.50 second year is crazy. It lowers the moral of drivers and makes them less efficient at their job
