Been here a lot of years. It has changed to the negative since public.
Somewhat poor but comes from further up. Since we have gone public we are not important enough as employees
being human and appreciating and trusting their teams
Our yearly sales plan is set up to fail so that a great majority are not rewarded for gains. These need to be aggressive but also realistic.
I work with a bunch of lazy people who complain about everything & there's nothing but drama
