Fixing packages either via rewrapping/reboxing or fixing the labels/tracking numbers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all share our hatred of the company and how we hope the union contract coming up makes the company pay big time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I would get a pay increase comparable to FedEx and Amazon. It would also be nice to not be forced a six day of work every week, every Friday or Saturday a list is produced to work a Mandatory Monday and I'm on it every single week when the job description was 5 days a week.
