Dont let them work you to do death. Im 25 with a hernia surgery already and about to get back surgery soon. They act like they care about safety when in all honesty its impossible to follow their guidelines. Also the guidelines themselves arent good for you they just keep ups from getting sued.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out and getting paid. Thats literally it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The guy doing it was super laid back and chill.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should make what full timers do. We do the same jobs, make their jobs easier and get less than half the hours. Up until 1983 part time pay matched full timers and kept up with inflation. Its only gotten worse since.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and the insurance is the only thing thats good about ups. Also the type of work you'll be asked to do will make sure you NEED the insurance so you cant leave. Its like a drug dealer spiking your weed so you have to come back.
