As a 30 year, airline administrative employee, I can say UPS used to be a great company to work for but that has changed drastically the last 20 years. UPS went from seeing employees as assets to seeing them as dollar signs and then went about making that dollar sign as small as possible.

Being honest with the employees.

Better management makes better employees. UPS airline needs better management.
