What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership, all there are is implementers. No management will make real decisions. They are too scared.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit violating our CBA and actually take care of your hourly workers, not just management. Food rolls in at our location on a daily basis, and it is always for management, and never for the hourly workers who do the actual work. A little extra goes a very long way.
