Company backed FT pensions, the company needs to take the employees physical health into consideration when they are forcing work on them in the excess of 60-70 hours per week. 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It’s hard to go to work every day knowing that it’s going to be a struggle and your going to fail no matter how hard you work! That is the additude, message and practice of management. Everything is the employees fault and nothing is ever good enough!
