The hourly wage is great, and pension is adequate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just about everything attitude wise. Guys are over worked and under appreciated. Management seems to never communicate why things have to be the way they are. Just a poor place to be over all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our upper level management is out of touch. They don't see a need for us to balance our work and personal life. They are over paid and continually make the same mistakes. They lack soul in their dealings with anyone not in their Ivory tower.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a mix of useful and useless people in my department. The useless ones never help, and constantly seem to believe they are owed something even when they call out sick and miss a reward for being sick free through peak. Just too lazy and useless nothing can change that.
