Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make $11.00 hr carrying 70lbs and up packages part time. Because they don't offer full time. No Christmas or end of the year bonus.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I do enjoy and care about my team. My coworkers help keep me going as well as I hope I do the same for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do get along better with some than others but we all keep it professional. I do with some of them had a little more drive and motivation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish there was more care given. With packages and trailers. I wish the company followed through with what they promise. They waste money in some areas and have now idea. They company needs a remodel.
