Dispatching the routes. new time studies. Not filling up the trucks so much that it's a hazard to walk theough

Less stress on the preloaders. Give them ample time to finish their job so that we can do ours efficiently

Have a new team so too early to tell now. But the previous team always word with us for days off ect..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much heavy boxes going to a lot of different businesses and residentials. Oversize packages makes it harder to do my job efficiently as well
