I like my job and plan to keep it for a while.

I like that I get a workout without having to go to a gym.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people who sort the packages before pre-load could actually read the label instead of always throwing them in the wrong cage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Professional communication. There isn't a need for yelling or foul language. there are ways to tell someone to move faster without being disrespectful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The job is hard but we all like to have a good time when we are not behind. We have safety cookouts once a month and they are really great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job is very physically demanding and the managers expect the employees to move faster than is safe. Being at that kind of risk and high intensity, we should be paid more than 11 dollars an hour.
