We are not busy enough, so everybody is in everyone elses business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work until they retire, not coast for their last 2 years, not caring or correcting anything!!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to be able to change and adapt MUCH faster. Too many mgmt people content with doing things the same old way afraid to make changes.
