What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at all, frankly I hate this job. Everyone is expected to be an athlete, with no benefit other than to the supervisors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The UPSers website is impossible to log in, and they do not have adequate tech support. Worked there for two and a half years, never got a single cent in tuition assistance. As well, the wages are not great, and the work is alienating.
