I have worked at this company in sales going on 7 years. It feels like as you succeed, they punish you with larger quotas and more responsibility but less incentive. It becomes harder to match prior year commissions based on high growth targets. All you get in return is a title promotion really.

A lot of different stakeholders trying to get in the clients pocket. Obviously we need to make numbers but determining what is and could be most useful for a client versus calling every target on a spreadsheet assuming they need workers comp or 401 or PEO is insensitive to their needs

More celebration for non sales roles. There are 2-3 large scale trips a year for high performing sales. Add something, on a smaller scale for support and nonsales roles.

As a result many time they avoid taking responsibilities and point fingers to other team which impacts clients deliverables and leads to delayed in action. Client feels they are talking to multiple departments within ADP

ADP can value tenured employees way more. In sales, its a a turn and burn operation. Everyone just feels like a number and it doesn't make tenured folks such as myself feel valued.

Too many client escalations on poor response and accuracy. Operations team are not working to improve it and we are losing on promotor clients. This is also limiting sales from getting references from existing clients. Sense of ownership seems missing
