Getting paid more for the work I have to do daily. Being short staffed and forced to take on more work and not being appreciated for it. I never received the hazard pay I was suppose to receive 2 pay checks ago. This company does not care about their employees or the work they put in.

Don't be fooled by the brochure. Employees are expected to perform un reasonable tasks as staffing is at a minimum. Managers are off working 15 hours a day to cover shifts in order to meet insane staffing goals

Corporate HR is supposed to be available to support employees and the HR rep assigned to our community is worthless. She never returned my calls or emails with complaints I had about management. Clearly Atria does NOT stand by their loyal employees. So sad, at one time Atria was a good company.
